Premium Ringlock Scaffolding System – Versatile & High-Capacity
Applications in Construction
The Ringlock Scaffolding System is a highly engineered modular access solution designed for the most demanding construction and industrial environments. It consists entirely of prefabricated components such as ringlock verticals (standards), ledgers, diagonal braces, transoms, brackets, base jacks, planks, stairs, head jacks, and lattice girders. The innovative wedge-and-rosette connection mechanism eliminates the need for loose couplers and connectors, enabling rapid, tool-free assembly that drastically improves on-site safety and productivity. This system is widely recognized for its superior load-bearing capacity (supporting up to 60kN per standard) and adaptability to complex structural geometries, making it suitable for bridge falsework, high-rise building construction, industrial plant maintenance, shipbuilding, and event staging.

Premium Material Selection & Core System Components
Material Selection
For over a decade, WRK Formwork has been a leading manufacturer and global exporter of premium Ringlock Scaffolding accessories. Our product range includes ringlock rosettes, wedge pins, ledger heads, and brace heads, all engineered to meet the rigorous demands of international construction standards such as EN 12810 and EN 12811. We utilize only standard-grade steel Q235 or Q345, combined with advanced hot-dip galvanizing for exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity.
Precision Ringlock Rosette & Wedge Pin Connection
Ringlock Rosette and Pin:
The heart of the ringlock system is the stamped steel rosette, which allows for 360-degree multi-directional connections. Coupling pins (spigot or joint pins) are inserted into the ringlock standard poles and securely fastened using hinged pins or bolts. Our rapid continuous mold and large stamping machinery ensure that each rosette and wedge pin meets precise dimensional tolerances, enabling fast, secure, and reliable connections on site.
WRK utilizes standard-grade steel (Q235/Q345) in a dedicated stamping production line. We have engineered proprietary rapid continuous molds and invested in large-scale stamping machinery to achieve swift, stable, and repeatable production quality. This automated process ensures high-volume output while maintaining the strict mechanical properties required for safety-critical scaffolding applications.
Heavy-Duty Cast Steel Ledger Head
Casting Steel Leader Head:
The cast steel ledger head is a critical load-bearing component in the ringlock system, specifically engineered for connecting ledgers to standards and supporting heavy structural loads. Its robust design ensures optimal force distribution, making it indispensable for high-capacity shoring and façade access applications where maximum stability is required.
Essential Brace Head for Structural Stability
Brace heads work in perfect synergy with the ringlock system to provide critical structural reinforcement. They are essential for creating effective diagonal bracing, which dramatically enhances the overall rigidity and lateral stability of the scaffold structure. This provides critical resistance against lateral loads such as wind and seismic activity, ensuring worker safety and structural integrity.
For our cast steel ledger heads and brace heads, WRK operates a fully automatic casting production line. This advanced system meticulously monitors and controls molten metal temperatures, optimizing the microstructure and mechanical properties of every finished part. The result is enhanced product safety, longevity, and superior performance in the most demanding construction environments.
